FHA Insider displays property listings provided by ListHub and other authorized data sources. These listings are displayed as-is and are intended for consumer use only. The content is licensed solely for display on FHAInsider.com and may not be redistributed, copied, scraped, or republished in any form.

2. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting broker and MLS data integrity. Licensed listings will only be displayed on FHAInsider.com and will not be shared, syndicated, sold, or redistributed to any third-party platform or entity. Listing data remains the intellectual property of the original brokers, agents, and MLSs.

3. Lead Routing

Lead forms included with listings are configured to send user inquiries directly to the listing broker or agent. FHA Insider does not interfere with lead delivery and does not claim ownership of consumer communications.

4. Listing Modifications

While listing content is not modified, FHA Insider may provide AI-generated summaries that add helpful context about the neighborhood, local amenities, schools, or financing options. These enhancements are clearly marked and do not alter the underlying listing details.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or its services, including attempting unauthorized access to listing data or any feature of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrighted materials on the site—including AI-generated summaries—are the property of their respective owners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

FHA Insider makes no representations or warranties about the completeness or accuracy of listing information. Consumers should always verify property details directly with the listing agent or broker.
